  1. Height-In stocking feet. Please enter valid data.
  
  2. Neck/Collar - Clerical collar size, collar of a dress shirt that fits well, or lay collar flat and measure from center of top button to far end of button hole. Please enter valid data.
  
  3. Chest - Measure around fullest part of chest, keeping tape under arms and around shoulder blades. Measure loosely, keep a couple of fingers between tape and body. Please enter valid data.
  
  4. Waist Size - measure loosely with a couple of fingers between tape and body. Please enter valid data.
  
  5. Sleeve - Measure from center of back of NECK (base of neck), over shoulder along OUTSIDE of bent arm to finished hem. DO NOT MEASURE FROM TOP OF SHOULDER Please enter valid data.
  
  6. Center Back HEM- Measure from the base of the neck at the bottom of the collar (back) where the tag is in a shirt to the finished HEM. Please enter valid data.
  
  7. Center Back to Waist - Measure from the base of the neck at the bottom of the collar (back) to waist. This measurement aids in the placement of pockets and belt loops. Please enter valid data.
